Top Geolocation Games on Android in Greece: Q2 2025

The second quarter of 2025 showcased interesting trends for geolocation games on the Android platform in Greece. According to data from Sensor Tower, the performance of the top five games varied significantly across different metrics.

Pokémon GO experienced remarkable growth in both revenue and active users. Weekly revenue saw a notable peak at $12K in late June, while weekly downloads increased to 649 in the same period. The game maintained a strong user base, with active users rising from 9.7K to 12.9K throughout the quarter.

Jurassic World Alive showed fluctuating trends. Revenue had a high of $406 in mid-April, but showed a declining trend subsequently. Downloads were inconsistent, peaking at 336 in early April, while active users saw a slight recovery towards the end of the quarter, reaching 936.

For Stepbots Sandbox Playground 2, the focus was on downloads and active users, as revenue metrics were not available. Downloads varied, ending with 131 in late June. Active users increased steadily, culminating at 1K by the end of the quarter.

Tamadog - Puppy Pet Dog Games saw a decline in both downloads and active users. Downloads plummeted to zero by early June, and active users followed a downward trend, dropping to 15 by the quarter's end.

Finally, Soundmap - Find Your Songs experienced a decline in both downloads and active users. Downloads decreased from 102 to 19, and active users fell from 432 to 476 over the quarter.
